This January, I am opening 3 spots for The Flex Coaching Container. It is private, call-free coaching for women who are ready to stop over-explaining, stop managing everyone else’s emotions, and start building boundaries that actually hold in real life.

This is not surface-level advice. This is the kind of support that helps you change the pattern at the root, so “no” stops feeling like danger and starts feeling like self-respect.

How It Works

✅ This is a one-month, call-free coaching container. No scheduled calls.

✅ Support hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm CT

✅ Response time: replies within 24 business hours or less during the support window

✅ No weekends or holidays. Time off is announced in advance.

✅ Includes messaging, voice notes, accountability, and short tool-training videos
